What happens to your money if you need to cancel a direct booking.
You can cancel for free up to 5 days before arrival. You get all your money back, on the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.
If you cancel later or don't show up, the first night isn't refunded. The rest of the amount is refunded.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or by email with your name and dates.
Bookings made on Booking.com or Airbnb follow that platform's cancellation terms.
