A booking is confirmed once the payment is accepted. The confirmation and invoice are sent to the email address you enter. The price shown when booking is the final price for the stay, in Romanian lei. The company is not registered for VAT.
Payment is made online by card through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them. Paying by card on the site may come with a discount, shown before you pay.
You can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival. You get all your money back, on the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.
If you cancel later or don't show up, the first night isn't refunded. The rest of the amount is refunded.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or by email with your name and dates.
Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. We are not liable for belongings left unattended in shared areas or in cars.
If something isn't right, write to us and we'll sort it out together. As a consumer you can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL). Romanian law applies.
