Data controller

What data we use

• Name, email and phone, to confirm your booking and send access instructions.
• Billing details (including company and tax code if you ask for a company invoice).
• Your dates, number of guests and the messages you send us.
• Card details never reach us: Stripe processes them directly.

Why

To make and carry out the accommodation contract, to meet legal obligations (invoicing, guest records) and, only if you agree, to send you offers. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, for card payments.
• Smoobu, the system we manage bookings in.
• SmartBill, for issuing invoices.
• The email provider we use to send confirmations.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

How long

Booking data is kept as long as needed for the stay and any complaints. Accounting documents are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Data used for offers is deleted when you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us and we'll reply within a month. You can also contact the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro).
